Shipping & Delivery

We offer three shipping method options: Ordinary Airmail, Priority Airmail, Registered Airmail. The shipping cost are automatic calculated by our system; you just add your desired items to the shopping cart, then select your Country, State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code and click on “GET A QUOTE” to obtain the estimated P&P cost. Then click on “UPDATE TOTAL” to get the total amount (or “Grand Total”) of your order. No tracking is available for both, Ordinary Airmail and Priority Airmail Service.
The delivery estimated times are:

Ordinary Airmail: 20 to 25 working days
Priority Airmail: 10 to 15 working days
Registered Airmail: 10 to 15 working days

For any other shipping methods (Quick Pack Europe, EMS, Express Mail; tracking available for all them) please contact us before to place your order and we get you the cost of desired shipping method.

Privacy & Security

The privacy of our customers is very important to us. Meridia Hobby will never discloses any personal information the customer provide us (such as his name, shipping address, e-mail address, or phone number) or any information related to purchase history with Meridia Hobby to any third parties.

Returns & Replacements

We accept request to return merchandise only is in “Saleable-condition” and if the return is made within seven days of its delivery to you. The full refund is not possible, but Meridia Hobby will issue a 80% to store credit (not cash) for the item amount, which will be applied to your next transactions. By notice that “Saleable Condition” means the item is in LIKE-NEW condition , i.e. it is packed exactly as packed by the manufacturer (Decals, for example), and there is no damage to the outer package or to the item itself(no damage to the covers of a book or artwork prints, etc.).
Merchandise which cannot be opened without cutting or tearing the package or its seal MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
Please note, however, that unless the return is necessary because of a shipping error or defective merchandise, the cost of shipping the items back to the Meridia Hobby is customer responsibility. Please always consult with us (meridia.info@gmail.com) for our instructions before returning any merchandise.
All products we offer on our webstore is accurately described but if the description does not answer a question you have about that item, please ask us at meridia.info@gmail.com , we are always happy to answer any questions you have about products in our catalog prior to your placing an order.

Because of this we will not pay for a return of merchandise simply because it was not what you expected.
Meridia Hobby has no control over any package shipped once it leaves our warhouse and goes into possession of the shipping company. Nevertheless, Meridia Hobby replaces or refunds missing shipments if our designated delivery period passes without your taking delivery of your order. Because Meridia Hobby is committed to helping you, under no circumstances should you contact Paypal to dispute charges from Meridia Hobby without contacting us first.
Meridia Hobby shall solve all real customer service problems through refunds, reshipment, discount or whatever else it takes to reach a fair solution to the problem. But it is your responsibility to tell us a problem has occurred.

Customers who complaints directly with Paypal, without contact us first will be blacklisted from using our service or we will accept no further orders from him, ever.

Ordering

To place an order please follow the instructions on the website.
Once you find an item you wish to purchase then click "Add to Cart" once all items are selected you can then proceed to "Checkout"
A complete total for your goods and the delivery cost will be shown at the checkout, this will be the total you will be charged in EURO currency.
We have a table rate for postage and all the orders are charged on the basis of the weight of the package. You will see the total postage cost at checkout once you have added all items to the basket.
You will then be asked to make payment by using Paypal's payment system.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Any price shown on our website IS SALE TAX FREE! So NO VAT is due. Meridia Hobby will pay the relevant amount. This is possible thanks to an appropriate purchasing policy and the excellent conditions negotiated with our suppliers.
